1/4 Beef Reservation

If you are looking for ~185-225 pounds of delicious and fresh beef in a variety of cuts, this is the right place. We have fresh and high-quality Angus beef, processed locally and completely free of hormones. The booking fee is credited to the total cost of the beef, which is $2.75/ pound live weight at time of harvest. We estimate that a 1/4 beef will need 6 cu. ft. of freezer space. A quarter beef approximately 225 lbs. will cost $1,282 ($650 reservation fee and $632 at harvest)
