The booking fee is credited to the total cost of the beef, which is $2.75/ pound live weight at time of harvest. We estimate that a whole beef will need 20 cu. ft. of freezer space. A whole beef approximately 900 lbs. will cost $5,130 ($1000 reservation fee and $4,130 at harvest)
